Ashlen's American Windsor line is built in-house in a traditional three-wood construction developed in the 18th century. The seats are hand-shaped from two-inch White Pine. Vase style legs turned from Hard Maple and Red Oak spindles are held in place by a split wedge construction. Arm knuckles and wings are individually carved.
Stain Finishes for American Windsors
Ashlen does not keep an inventory. Every order, including color blocks, is finished per customer request. Each request enters production on a first come, first serve basis. Ashlen Windsor Chair Company will always do their best to fulfill your needs in a timely manner, however they will never sacrifice their quality for order quantity.
